We read everything. Whether a converter produced a wrong result, a page misbehaves on your device, or there is a tool you wish existed — tell us and we will usually reply within a couple of business days.
You may notice there is no contact form on this page. That is deliberate: this website has no server that could receive one — the same reason your files never leave your device. Email reaches a human directly.
Reporting a bug
The fastest fixes come from reports that include:
- which tool (the page address is enough), and what you expected vs what happened;
- your browser and device (e.g. “Chrome on Windows 11”, “Safari on iPhone 15”);
- the file type and rough size if the problem involves a file — please never email us private files, certificates or keys; a description is plenty.
